Telehealth Counseling

What is Telehealth?

All of The Well’s clinicians offer telehealth services. Telehealth uses secure video chat to provide behavioral health services to clients from the comfort and convenience of their own home. A few things to know about telehealth:

  • It is convenient- Telehealth provides more options for scheduling appointments throughout the day. It also helps clients avoid travel time to and from their provider’s office.

  • It is private- For many clients, privacy is important. Meeting your clinician on-line can increase privacy.

  • It works- There is a strong body of research that demonstrates that telehealth services are as effective as in person services for many mental health conditions.
